All content, materials, and software provided by Beat Any Investment—including text, graphics, logos, data, and reports—are our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may access and view these materials solely for authorized use; no rights or licenses are granted beyond what is expressly stated.
Confidentiality
Information shared through our platform—fund profiles, due‑diligence materials, performance data—remains strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content without our prior written consent.

Our platform and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the performance, profitability, or suitability of any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
